Collaborations:

  • Vehicle access to each attached garage is internalized to allow the street front to be clean for pedestrian access that creates a human scaled street experience. To maximize sites odd shaped density, the units are split into 2 buildings - larger building with 3 units and a standalone unit to the rear.  

    The project captures distant mountain views, while deep overhangs shades the summer evening south-west facing sun.
