  • The primary design driver was to create equitable view access from the common areas to the golf course’s 9th hole on a downward-sloping site, while carefully balancing cut and fill for the foundation. The design solution introduces a partial daylight basement and utilizes gabion retaining walls at the main entry, reducing the need for poured concrete and optimizing construction costs.
