This efficient 2-bedroom shed roof Detached Dwelling Unit (DADU) takes advantage of the natural southern exposure sun, while creating a sense of privacy for the backyard that can be shared between residences. Ideal for small families.

This DADU, is approved with Seattle Department of Construction (SDCI) and can be re-used with minimum modifications.
